A very pretty narrow framed gilt gesso oval overmantle mirror with bevelled glass plate.  The frame has a very nice raised gesso and gilt band of overlapping leaves which is rather unusual.  French C19th.  Great proportions and a med-large size.  Can be hung portrait or landscape.
