Wonderful book matched burr walnut veneered tall boy secretaire bureau. The interior is equally beautifully veneered in a paler burr maple on many pockets and drawers. The desk slope is covered in a gilt embossed brown leather.  Fully lockable. The top is a grey/black white veined marble.  A stunning, beautifully made French piece dating c1850-1890.  Not to mention rather timeless in design!
